Cancellation Policy

Remote & Modern Container Home on 5 Acres is operating under the Moderate cancellation policy.

If you cancel

Full refund up to 5 days before check-in.
50% refund from 5 days up to 24 hours before check-in.
Within 24 hours of check-in: no refund.
Mid-stay cancellation: refund for the unused nights minus a one-night fee.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cleaning fees are always refunded. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

If we cancel

In the rare event the Owner must cancel your reservation (property damage, emergency maintenance, etc.), you'll receive a full refund regardless of how close to check-in the cancellation occurs.

Force majeure

Cancellations due to events outside either party's control (declared natural disasters, mandatory evacuation orders, government travel restrictions affecting the property location) are evaluated case-by-case. Reach out as early as possible and we'll work with you in good faith.

The policy in effect at the time you submitted your request applies to that booking and is recorded on your confirmation email. If we change this policy, existing bookings keep their original terms.
